 The admission,interview and counselling schedule of the following departments and Centres is as follows

University Institute of Engineering and Technology
 
For admission to the post-graduate Courses at the University , the merit list will be displayed on the website of UIET on July 12 by 5 pm, the Director, UIET said.
 
Department of Computer Science and Applications
 
The schedule for admission to M Sc (Hons School) first Year Computer Science and Application, PU; Regional Centre, Muktsar and Hoshiarpur for this year will be based on the O-CET-2011. The counselling for all categories will be held on July 14 (Thursday) at 10 am in the computer dept, PU Campus.Candidates shall be called for the counselling according to the merit list prepared by the University as per guidelines given in the prospectus. If a candidate is late for counselling he/she shall be offered only the seats available at the time he/she presents himself/herself on the day of counselling. The candidates are advised to bring all original documents/certificates along with the original Entrance Result Card of OCET and fee on the date of counselling. The candidates are advised to look up the PU website www.puchd.ac.in for important announcements made from time to time, said Indu Chhabra, Chairperson of the department.
 
Department of Environment Studies
 
The interview for admission to first Year of M Sc (Environment Science) for the candidates who have qualified the O-CET-2011 conducted by the University and have submitted admission forms will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 10 am, according to R Jindal, dept chairperson.
 
Law admissions
 
The schedule for admission to LLM 1st Semester shall be finalised after the declaration of result of LLB 6th Semester/B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) 10th Semester by the Panjab University as the admission is to be made on the basis of merit of Entrance Test plus the marks of LL.B. 3 Years/B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) 5 Year Integrated Course, the Chairperson of the department said.
